Len McBroom
A native of a small town in southwestern Pennsylvania, Len McBroom graduated from Rutgers University in 1980 with a B.S. degree in Environmental Planning and Design. He came to Denver shortly thereafter, and by 1984 joined L.C. Fulenwider, a respected Denver developer. Len became Vice President of Fulenwider and was responsible for all aspects of the company's commercial and residential real estate projects. These include well-known projects like 1125 Seventeenth Street Plaza office tower, Polo Club North Condominiums luxury residences, Courtyard by Marriott at DIA, and many others. He founded McBroom Company in 1995 where he has continued his successful string of real estate development projects.
Heidi Martinez
Born in Chicago and raised in Denver, Heidi Martinez has been in real estate since 1991, building her career in commercial and residential real estate marketing, leasing, sales, development and project management. Heidi holds a B.S. in Business and Finance from Regis University and joined McBroom Company in 2000. Prior to McBroom, Heidi was a Broker Associate at Century Real Estate Services. Formerly TenRep, Ltd., Century was one of the first companies to specialize in tenant representation. This background enables Heidi to offer tenants expert representation services. Heidi is a consummate real estate professional with a broad range of experience and adds significant value to every facet of McBroom's services.
